I've been *drooling* over all of the cute yarn wreaths that I have been seeing on crafty blogs and etsy for quite sometime now. I finally decided to give it a go and I am LOVING my new wreath!
I first attempted to wrap a foam wreath and was not pleased with how it was looking. After looking at a few tutorials online, I swapped out the foam wreath for a straw wreath left in the plastic. It was much easier to wrap!
Here is a tutorial that shows you how to wrap the wreath and how to make the felt roses. My other flowers I just kind of made up on my own. I hung the wreath with floral wire and then just wrapped that part in some scrap fabric to disguise the wire.
I had so much fun making this. I definitely see more yarn wreaths in my future!
Always,
Amanda
