Sunday was such a wonderful day! It was just the kind of day I love...a simple day spent with my family relaxing and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
After church, we took a picnic lunch to a nice park in the city.
I wore one of my Mother's Day gifts...a new pair of Crocs. They are the best outdoor shoes!
Little Man and Daddy played ball...
And Buddy rode his motorcycle.
After our picnic, we went and toured the lovely botanical gardens.
They had a wonderful children's area. The boys had a blast!
We saw a big lizard running around!
I love this sign in the children's area! Even though there were no books or flashcards, they were learning a lot through all of their senses as they played, explored and discovered. What a great way to end our two week learning theme of "gardening"!
I also loved that they had a Brita Hydration Station to refill your water bottles with filtered water. How awesome is that?
My sweet Buddy picked out this beautiful ring for me and was so excited when he found a Mother's Day card with a Superman emblem on it. Now I am a Superhero too!
I am so blessed to be the mother of these two sweet boys!
It was such a wonderful day. My favorite Mother's Day yet.
